Essential Staff Accountant Functions:

Job duties and responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliation process
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliation for assigned general ledger accounts including prepaids, fixed assets, accruals
• Provide support to the management and other departments within the Company in the assigned area of responsibility
• Participate on accounts balances fluctuation analysis and investigate deviations from the budget or expectations.

Qualifications/Education:

• Attention to detail
• Dealt with high large companies ($800M+ revenue) having multiple branches.
• Excellent Problem solving and time management skills
• GL experience required
• Ability to manage high volume data
• Quick learner
• Ability to work in high pressure and fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• 2-4 years of prior accounting experience
• Previous experience with Blackline, Infor Sx, SAGE, SAP Fixed Assets, Concur, UiPath, is very beneficial.
• Bachelor�s Degree, Accounting or Finance or Related Field.
