Referral Coordinator - Family Practice High volume clinic in DTLA, CA is looking for a referral coordinator to join their front office team! This is an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! REQUIREMENTS: + Experience with EMR systems + Bilingual in Spanish + Referral experience (multiple types of referrals) + HMO, PPO, EPO Job Description: + Expediting patient referrals to specialty offices. + Completing referral requests as needed. + Maintaining ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals. + Ensuring complete and accurate patient registration. + Providing clinical information to specialists. + Coordinating with review organizations and insurance companies. + Reviewing referral details with patients. + Answer phone calls. + Utilize Athena EMR system Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
