Orthopaedic Associates of Maine is hiring a full-time Physician Liaison & Marketing Coordinator in Portland, ME.
This position serves as the primary liaison and marketing coordinator between OAM and the referral and patient community. This position will foster relationships through targeted visits and issue resolutions to maintain referral patterns and satisfaction. This position will develop and implement highly customized marketing campaigns for physicians as well as overseeing the department of physical and virtual marketing materials.
Job Requirements: - Responsible for building and managing relationships with the targeted physician population and their office staff.
- Oversee and optimize integrated marketing & amp; communication execution for OAM and partner practices across the marketing mix from digital to TV to print.
- Lead the development, ongoing management, and evaluation of marketing initiatives and plans to position the company and partner practices as the premiere providers of orthopedics & sports medicine care.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with applicable departments, physicians, clinics, and other departments as required.
- Responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of functions and attributes of OAM's service lines knowing system level growth and team priorities and centering visits and targets around those priorities. Educating physicians about targeted programs and services.
- Responsible for acquiring and reviewing weekly physician volume reports obtained through various channels.
- Responsible for developing and coordinating sales and referral activities to achieve monthly volume/revenue goals. Activities should target top potential referring sources and new physicians.
- Oversee the design, management and evaluation of the organizations website and coordinate with company departments to keep website and physician profiles updated.
- Develop customized marketing campaigns as well as internal and external marketing collateral for new partner practices and physicians.
- Maintains and makes regular updates to the CRM database (e.g., SalesForce). Provides reports from database as needed.
- Maintains image, brand, and message control through all encounters. Represents OAM through membership and attendance at various meetings and events.
- Assist with execution and coordination of physician events while maintaining cost-effectiveness and budget parameters regarding assigned projects.
- Assists in development of physician communication vehicles as appropriate, including orientation of medical staff. Assists in securing physician speakers for various events as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelors degree in marketing, or related field OR must have equivalent work experience.
- Experience with digital marketing preferred, including Google Analytics, social media, SEO, SEM and CRM tools.
- Must have highly developed organizational, planning, and management skills. Must have strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with database programs a plus.
