Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northeast El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced PAs, offering the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved communities in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

◆Work Schedule:
◆Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM-5 PM (12 PM-1 PM lunch).
◆Wednesday: 7 AM-7 PM (12 PM-1 PM lunch).
◆Friday: 8 AM-1 PM.

Qualifications:
◆Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
◆Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Physician Assistant.
◆Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in primary care or community health is a plus.
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical procedures, and diagnostic tools.
◆Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, and adaptability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Greet patients and gather medical information.
◆Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses.
◆Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer treatments.
◆Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment.
◆Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home.
◆Document and update patient records.
◆Refer patients to specialists as needed.
