We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team on a 1099 contract basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to meaningful legal work.

Navigating Complex Cases: You'll play a key role in managing all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial intake to settlement negotiations.
Expert Negotiator: You'll confidently negotiate settlements with insurance companies and medical providers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Litigation Pro: You'll draft and file legal documents, conduct discovery, and prepare for trial.
Client Advocate: You'll build strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout the legal process.
Organizational Mastermind: You'll meticulously manage case files, calendars, and deadlines, ensuring all aspects of the legal process run smoothly.
Technical Proficiency: You'll utilize legal software and technology to streamline your work and enhance efficiency.
What you'll bring to the table:
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant specializing in Personal Injury law.
California Expertise: In-depth knowledge of California State Law and Procedure.
Negotiation Prowess: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal software (CloudLex experience a plus).
Remote Work Readiness: Reliable internet access, a dedicated workspace, and the ability to work independently from home.
Technical Savvy: A strong understanding of technology, including proficiency with computers and software applications.
