We are seeking a Part-Time Ocean Import Coordinator to support daily logistics operations related to ocean freight. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in shipment tracking and data management . Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor ocean freight shipments throughout the day, ensuring timely updates.
  
• Accurately upload data into the system and maintain shipment records.
  
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  
• Manage the return status of empty containers using steamship line websites and record updates in Excel spreadsheets .
  
• Retrieve and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) from carriers, identifying any missing items or damages.
  
• Schedule and confirm delivery appointments using customer online portals.
