Job Description

Industry leader in steel and equipment manufacturing seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer.

(Salary $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience)

This position will be a key addition to our engineering team and be involved in many aspects of the business including engineering, quality control, purchasing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

* Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
* Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
* Monitor production process flow as well as internal systems and define potential inefficiencies or areas of improvement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (steel preferred)
* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards a plus
* Auto CAD
