Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. (H1, Green card, US Citizens). Recruiting candidates using job portals Dice, Monster combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services like LinkedIn, Twitter and Face book.
