As Hotel Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and the driving force behind daily operations, leading a high\-performing team with heart and precision\. You will: + Oversee hotel operations and all key guest\-facing departments, including Food & Beverage + Champion service excellence and quality assurance processes + Drive profitability and guest satisfaction metrics + Lead as acting GM in their absence + Collaborate closely with ownership and Hilton leadership + Hire, mentor, and develop top\-tier talent What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications: + 3 years of director level experience managing multiple departments or 5 years of director level experience managing a single department + Strong Rooms and/or Food and Beverage background Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working at resort properties + Hilton brand experience Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry\.
