Job Summary

Our client, a global leader in energy technology, is seeking a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to support safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to wellsite operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bulk plant facilities, ensuring high-quality control, adhering to HSE standards, and playing a key role in product preparation and logistics. This role requires a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Cementing Bulk Plant Operator will work closely with the Product & Service Delivery (PSD) and Logistics teams and help train new operators and trainees.

Job Description

• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Blend and mix bulk materials for wellsite delivery according to job program specifications.
• Verify and calculate material quantities required for accurate loading.
• Follow established quality assurance procedures to ensure proper product preparation and loading.
• Coordinate the movement of bulk products to and from wellsite locations with the PSD and Logistics teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and assist in monthly inventory counts and daily goods tracking.
• Properly label, store, and dispose of additives, drums, and pails in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant.
  
• Actively participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Consistently wear appropriate PPE and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
  
• Support training efforts for new Operators and trainees.

S kills Required

• Previous experience in plant operations, materials handling, or oilfield services preferred.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and bulk material blending processes.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications in plant operations or related fields are a plus.

Pay Rate

• $17 per hour and higher depending on experience

Additional Details

• Field-based with on-site responsibilities at the bulk plant and occasional travel to wellsite locations.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to safety standards.
• May involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
