Position Type: Full-Time | Digital Media & Communications

Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a creative and detail-driven Digital Content Specialist to develop, manage, and publish compelling content across the team’s digital platforms. This role plays a vital part in growing the team’s online presence, increasing fan engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through web, email, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage written, graphic, and video content for digital channels (website, social media, email, app).

  • Update and maintain content on the official team website using a content management system (CMS).

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.

  • Assist with planning and scheduling content calendars to support team events, games, and promotions.

  • Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations using analytics tools.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and formatting across all digital platforms.

  • Assist with fan engagement strategies through interactive digital content, polls, contests, and highlights.

  • Stay current on digital trends and sports content strategies to keep the Bulls' presence fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, engaging voice.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and game days.
