The Dallas Bulls are seeking a creative and detail-driven Digital Content Specialist to develop, manage, and publish compelling content across the team’s digital platforms. This role plays a vital part in growing the team’s online presence, increasing fan engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through web, email, and social media content.
Create, curate, and manage written, graphic, and video content for digital channels (website, social media, email, app).
Update and maintain content on the official team website using a content management system (CMS).
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
Assist with planning and scheduling content calendars to support team events, games, and promotions.
Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations using analytics tools.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and formatting across all digital platforms.
Assist with fan engagement strategies through interactive digital content, polls, contests, and highlights.
Stay current on digital trends and sports content strategies to keep the Bulls' presence fresh and competitive.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, engaging voice.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and game days.
Passion for football and sports media.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
