Salary: $90,000 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking a qualified candidate who possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Cybersecurity-related field. You should have experience working with government sponsors through inspections and assessments, along with a strong working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other policy requirements. You should be skilled in crafting ATO packages using tools such as XACTA, LatteArt, ServiceNow, eMASS, or traditional methods. In addition, a minimum of 2 years of experience solving information technology problems in a classified facility is required. You should also have a detailed understanding of computer operating systems, hardware, software, and security procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively interact with managers and technical staff. A current DoD 8570 certification (Security+, CISSP, etc.) is necessary, as well as an active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and CI Polygraph.

• As a Cyber and Information Systems Security Analyst/ISSO, you will work closely with Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs), Program Managers, System Administrators, and Program Security Representatives (PSRs) to develop secure IT solutions for classified environments. You will provide input into documentation such as the System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), Risk Assessment Report (RAR), Security Traceability Matrix (SCTM), and Concept of Operations (CONOPs). You will also capture and refine program requirements to ensure effective implementation within the information systems. Additionally, you will conduct audits and analyze reports for anomalous activity, providing reports and recommending actions after preliminary reviews of security events. Furthermore, you will participate in configuration management activities by conducting security impact analysis and preparing due diligence reports for security-relevant changes.
