We have the knowledge and equipment to manage whether pressure washing Texas residents trust or streak-free window cleaning. Our team provides exceptional results for every customer with years of expertise dealing with residential and commercial properties.

A chat representative, also known as a chat support agent or customer service representative, is responsible for assisting customers through online chat platforms. As a Chat Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat service. Your primary role will be to provide timely and effective support, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via live chat, responding to inquiries and providing information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
