**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is well-versed in the latest tools and tactics in our industry and equally comfortable in the meeting room, articulating ideas for driving growth. This multi-disciplinary role involves planning, analysis, strategy, user-experience design, improving conversion rates, leveraging email marketing, and understanding the roles of content creation and social media.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of full-time experience in an agency environment or a digital marketing role
- Proficiency in strategy, planning, implementation, and ongoing management of organic and paid search engine marketing across major digital platforms
- Strong skills in keyword research and analysis
- Ability to conduct client search engine ranking analysis and reporting
- Experience in monitoring and managing daily progress of search and social marketing campaigns, including strategy, implementation, copywriting, budgets, and reporting
- Capability to perform trend analysis and interpret Web Analytics to make appropriate campaign strategy adjustments
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Preferred: Experience in SEO strategy and content development
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing digital marketing plans for clients
- Execute client-focused marketing tasks (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.)
- Analyze and adjust campaigns to meet client goals
- Collaborate with teams to integrate client strategies
- Meet project scope, timelines, and client quality standards
- Set up benchmarking to track, report, and analyze KPIs and initiatives
- Conduct buyer persona workshops to gain and provide insight into client customers
- Develop key messaging for websites and online promotional channels
- Educate and coach clients on choices, decisions, and directions
- Report and present findings and recommendations externally & internally
- Manage a diverse and growing roster of clients
