Job Description

• Administrative/HR duties of self, i.e. complete assigned training, update/maintain HR required recordkeeping.
• Process OFAC matches in accordance with bank’s procedures:
• Matches cleared by Wire Room have accurate and rational reasons.
• Matches escalated to BSA/OFAC team as required and dispositioned in accordance o their instructions.
• Perform and complete assigned work in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. Work assignment will entail, but may not be limited to, processing of wire transfers, trace, and amendments.
• Stay aware of indicators/red flags, which may necessitate reporting to BSA/FCC Dept.
• Interact with others in a professional, clear manner to communicate key points.
• Communicate any issues encountered, operational or regulatory, to supervisor/managements for guidance on resolution.
• Comply with Bank's operational and security procedures/policies and regulatory requirements in the carrying out of assigned duties.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Credentials
• Level of college education
• Credentials and/or licenses

Experience And Skills
• Bank back office/Wire Room operations – Basic/Intermediary level
• Applicable regulations, laws, commercial codes – Basic/intermediate level
• System familiarity Payment Exchange, Total Messaging, Fedline Advantage, other wire applications – Basic
• Communication skills: Written and spoken – Basic/Intermediary level
• Data entry/typing skills: Intermediary/High level
• Able to interact with others in professional, clear manner to communicate key points.

The salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 Hourly - $22.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
