Join Ann Arbor's top Real Estate Team - The Bouma Group Realtors, as a Videographer and Social Media expert, where you'll be instrumental in crafting captivating visual stories of our real estate listings and the Ann Arbor community. Your main task will be to produce high-quality videos that highlight property features and the local area, working closely with our agents to convey key selling points. Your expertise in lighting, composition, and editing will ensure each video aligns with our brand and engages potential buyers.

You will need to stay ahead of the latest real estate videography trends to keep our content fresh and competitive. This role offers a unique chance to blend your videography skills with the vibrant real estate industry, driving our business success.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video footage of properties, ensuring all key features and selling points are highlighted.
  • Manage all of our Social Media platforms keeping us current and top of mind.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to understand the unique aspects of each property and tailor video content accordingly.
  • Edit and enhance video content using professional software to create engaging and visually appealing property tours.
  • Manage and organize video files efficiently, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use.
  • Stay updated on the latest video production trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of content.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with overall branding and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain and care for video equipment , ensuring it is always in top working condition for shoots.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a videographer and Social Media expert, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Ability to operate various video equipment, including cameras, drones, and stabilizers.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and video content optimization for each.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-site shoots as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Portfolio of previous work demonstrating videography and Social Media skills and creativity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
