Job Description

Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies
Design intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with developers to implement responsive designs
Maintain and update design systems and pattern libraries
Advocate for users in all aspects of the product design process
Monitor usage analytics and iterate on designs for improvements
Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Experience in UI/UX Design
Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with motion design and animation tools
HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for design-to-dev handoff
Experience in accessibility standards (WCAG)
Knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, GA)
Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
