Your ability to manage patient interactions, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure efficient front desk operations will be key to our success.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain the practice calendar.
• Communicate treatment plans and options clearly to patients.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain financial options to patients.
• Ensure all patient records are accurate and up-to-date in our management systems.
• Assist the clinical team in managing patient flow and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
