我们正在为一所北京的学校招聘体育中心主任，到岗时间为2025年2月。 岗位职责制定和实施体育中心的短期和长期战略规划。管理体育中心的日常运营，确保其高效、有序地运行。监督和评估体育中心的项目和活动，确保其质量和效果。设计并推广多样化的体育教育项目，包括但不限于游泳、常规体育课课程和体能课程、各项球类课程的安排和设置（篮球、足球、排球、羽毛球等）、冰球等。组织和协调与外部单位和学校进行体育赛事的交流和学习等活动。确保所有项目符合学校的教育目标和体育中心的使命。招聘、培训和管理体育中心的教职员工和工作人员，负责整个体育中心的人员管理。激励和支持团队成员，促进其专业发展和成长。建立并维护一个积极、创新的工作环境。制定和管理体育中心的预算，确保资金的有效使用。采购和维护体育中心的设备和材料。 负责体育中心的宣传和市场推广，包括社交媒体、抖音等。设计和实施符合国际标准的体育课程和教学计划。监督和评估体育课程的教学质量和效果。与学校其他部门合作，确保体育中心课程与学校整体教育目标的一致性。 任职要求学校体育学科战略规划与管理。学校各类体育项目的开发与管理学校各类体育活动的策划和组织学校体育预算与资源管理体育教育与教学相关工作薪资福利月薪20-25k提供住宿寒暑假Job responsibilitiesDevelop and implement short and long term strategic plans for the sports center.Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sports Center to ensure its efficient and orderly operation.Monitor and evaluate the programs and activities of the Sports Center to ensure their quality and effectiveness.Design and promote diversified physical education programs, including but not limited to swimming, regular PE class curriculum and physical fitness courses, arrangement and setting of various ball games (basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, etc.), and ice hockey.Organize and coordinate activities such as exchanges and learning from outside entities and schools for athletic events.Ensure that all programs are in line with the educational goals of the school and the mission of the Sports Center.Recruit, train and manage the faculty and staff of the Sports Center and be responsible for the management of personnel throughout the Sports Center.Motivate and support team members for professional development and growth.Establish and maintain a positive, innovative work environment.Develops and manages the budget for the Sports Center to ensure efficient use of funds.Procure and maintain equipment and materials for the Sports Center.Responsible for the promotion and marketing of the sports center, including social media, jitterbugs, etc.Design and implement PE curriculum and teaching programs that meet international standards.Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning of the PE program.Collaborate with other school departments to ensure that the PE center curriculum is aligned with the overall educational goals of the school.
