Job Description

As our Technical Recruiter you...

  • are responsible for the hiring process from start to finish 
  • write and maintain job descriptions 
  • source candidates across different platforms such as LinkedIn
  • reach out to candidates to get them excited about the opportunity to work for Movu 
  • work with thirdparty recruiters on some of the positions to secure talent
  • coordinate meetings with hiring managers and gather feedback
  • push the hiring process along keeping all relevant parties involved 
  • offer your perspective to help Management make the right hiring decision
  • run preemployment checks 
  • extend and negotiate offers of employment
  • assist in the employee onboarding process

This role has the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the HR department.

Qualifications :

This lets us know youre up for the job

  • minimum of 35 years recruitment experience for roles in Engineering Sales and Project Management
  • experience in the automation or material handling industry would be fantastic
  • ability to work in a hybrid work environment (work location is 101 N Paragon Drive Romeoville IL 60446) 
  • you enjoy a fastpaced startup culture environment
