Essential Staff Accountant Functions:

Job duties and responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliation process
• Posting Cash disbursements to correct GL accounts.
• Intercompany cash transactions
• Maintaining Petty cash accounts
• Maintaining outstanding checks lists
• Interacting with AP and accounting team to identify GL coding
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Assisting the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications/Education:

• Attention to detail
• Dealt with high large companies ($800M+ revenue) having multiple branches.
• Excellent Problem solving and time management skills
• GL experience required
• Ability to manage high volume data
• Quick learner
• Ability to work in high pressure and fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• 2-4 years of prior accounting experience
• Previous experience with Blackline, Infor Sx, SAGE, SAP Fixed Assets, Concur, UiPath, is very beneficial.
• Bachelor�s Degree, Accounting or Finance.
