Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with autism? Join a compassionate and dedicated team where your work isn't just a job—it's a rewarding journey of growth, smiles, and meaningful breakthroughs. You'll be part of a dynamic team that empowers children to reach their full potential, one step at a time.

What You'll Do:

You'll work closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver personalized, one-on-one behavior interventions designed to help our clients thrive. You will play an essential role in guiding children through individualized learning experiences using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct therapy during individual sessions, implementing ABA techniques outlined in each client's treatment plan, and working under the direction of the BCBA.
Learning and mastering data collection methods to track client progress, ensuring you follow BCBA guidance for accurate and meaningful data entry.
Communicating effectively with parents/guardians, offering updates on progress, and collaborating with other team members to ensure continuity of care.
Attending and completing all assigned training within the required timeframes to develop and expand your skills in the field.
Attaining or maintaining the credential within 30 days of orientation, with the opportunity for ongoing professional development throughout your career.
In-Home Therapy Setting: This role is based in a home environment, allowing you to work directly with children and provide hands-on ABA therapy within the comfort of their own space.

Benefits:

Paid training upon completion of coursework for certification.
Competitive pay starting at $19.00-$23.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25.50 per hour with bonuses.
Bonus for obtaining or maintaining your credential.
Access to generous discounts on supplemental insurance plans, including Primary Care and supplemental insurance through Colonial Life.
Tuition discounts through Purdue University Global's partnership.
Student loan repayment assistance (DolR).
401(k) with employer matching to help you plan for your future.
Paid time off (PTO) for personal time and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one therapy in accordance with the treatment plan developed by the BCBA, following goals, targets, methods, and schedules as outlined.
Accurately collect and record data using technology tools provided by the organization, in alignment with BCBA directions.
Foster open communication with parents and team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care and progress tracking.
Complete session notes and timesheets on time and according to policy.
Maintain reliable attendance, ensuring availability for scheduled sessions and activities (95% or higher).

What You'll Need to Succeed:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and tech-savvy.
A current, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Successful completion of state and federal background checks, as well as child and adult abuse clearances.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

If you're eager to make a lasting impact and grow in a supportive, rewarding environment, we'd love to hear from you! Your journey as an RBT begins here—where every smile is a step closer to brighter futures.
