At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide—connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the CMS Site Coordinator we’re looking for?

Your future role
As a CMS Site Coordinator, you will be the organizational backbone of our site operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication across teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting site leadership, managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and facilitating compliance with Port Authority requirements. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep our site running efficiently and professionally.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Scheduling meetings and capturing detailed minutes when required.
  • Drafting and distributing emails, forms, letters, and memorandums.
  • Overseeing all customer correspondence, including drafting and numbering official letters.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Serving as the Issuing Officer for Port Authority badging and compliance.
  • Tracking site Accounts Payables and supporting financial documentation.
  • Administering employee identification badges and parking tags.
  • Coordinating uniform orders for new employees.
  • Supporting employee relations events and activities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee and office contact lists.
  • Managing office supplies and general administrative needs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support site operations.

All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. While we don’t expect you to have every skill, here are some that will help you thrive in this role:

  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. But when you ride one of our systems with friends or family, you’ll take pride knowing you were part of what made it possible. If you're ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note
