**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our IAM & Security Engineering team. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery, reliability, and efficiency of our services, security tools, and policies. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust and repeatable framework for planning, implementing, and continuously improving the tools, applications, services, and policies managed by the IAM & Security Engineering team. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a seamless, secure, and best-in-class user experience for our employees, customers, and partners. This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely out of the United States.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and oversee a service delivery framework to ensure IAM and security solutions are consistently aligned with business objectives
+ Partner with Engineers to design, implement, and manage IAM and Security Engineering services, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure
+ Establish governance, metrics, and SLAs to measure and enhance service performance
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, Legal, and Business Units, to align IAM & Security Engineering strategies with organizational needs
+ Ensure continuous improvement in IAM and Security Engineering tools by leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging security technologies
+ Own the incident response process related to IAM and Security Engineering tools, ensuring swift remediation and minimal disruption
+ Drive vendor management and strategic partnerships to optimize IAM and Security Engineering technology investments
+ Act as a thought leader in IAM and Security Engineering, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred but not required
+ 5+ years of experience in IT Security, IAM, or related domains, with at least 3 years in a leadership or service delivery role
+ Strong expertise in IAM frameworks, Zero Trust architectures, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
+ Experience managing IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity
+ Strong grasp of technical concepts and technical project management skills
+ Proven track record of implementing and improving ITIL-based service delivery frameworks
+ Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
+ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
