Job Description

Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team for a remote 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in e-commerce, loyalty, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for multiple projects, optimizing usability and adoption.
• Drive research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Create consistent, effective designs across platforms and breakpoints.
• Advocate for user testing and collaborate on research agendas.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to align teams.
• Balance feasibility, impact, and budget in design solutions.
• Provide and receive feedback to enhance team output.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
• 3+ years in e-commerce, loyalty, finance, or related fields.
• Expertise in responsive design and/or native mobile apps.
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, leveraging design systems.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Bonus: Experience in rewards, loyalty, or subscription programs.
