The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to spearhead Moxie’s business and product analytics efforts. As our first dedicated analytics hire, you’ll own the function end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and delivering high-impact insights. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, working at the intersection of strategy, product, and customer success.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Finance and Business Operations Lead (your hiring manager), Head of Product, CEO, and other senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and uncover actionable opportunities. Additionally, you’ll empower our customers by transforming reports and dashboards into practical, high-value tools for business growth.

Your ability to combine strategic thinking with technical expertise will be key to establishing a scalable, impactful analytics function that elevates both internal decision-making and customer success.

What You’ll Do

Deliver High-Impact Business Insights

  • Develop analytical models to forecast medspa growth, churn, and marketing performance, improving decision-making and client outcomes.

  • Build client retention dashboards and analyze key trends to inform strategies for Moxie and our providers

  • Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives—such as events, marketing campaigns, action plans, and trainings—using robust data analysis.

  • Provide leadership with data-backed recommendations to influence high-impact business strategies and outcomes.

Enhance Data Accessibility and Usability

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to design value calculators and customer-facing tools that drive adoption and showcase Moxie’s impact.

  • Partner with the Onboarding and Client Success teams to create clear, actionable reporting pipelines on medspa performance.

Establish Scalable Data Processes

  • Design and implement a ticketing and prioritization system to manage ongoing and ad-hoc analysis requests effectively.

  • Develop standardized processes for weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams.

Understand and Optimize Our Data Infrastructure

  • Build a working knowledge of Moxie’s data model, leveraging platforms like Omni and Snowflake to align analytics with business needs.

  • Identify opportunities to incorporate data science models, such as churn predictors or performance forecasters, to solve critical business challenges.

$123.2K – $166.7K • 0.05% – 0.07%
