Your Role
Provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral counseling to students
Work with students individually and in small groups to support mental health, conflict resolution, and personal development
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and leadership to promote a positive school climate
Support transitions, career readiness, and student goal setting (especially in upper grades)
Lead wellness initiatives, character education programs, and preventative workshops
Help implement behavior management plans and crisis response procedures
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Valid certification/licensure as a school counselor
At least 2 years of experience in school counseling (international experience preferred)
Deep understanding of child and adolescent development
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Native-level English fluency
Empathetic, culturally aware, and proactive in supporting student wellbeing
Salary & Benefits
