Job Title: Scaffolding Helper
Fort Worth Area
Time: 7:30-5pm $17.75
Must Pass Background and Drug Test

**Job Summary: **
We are looking for a dependable **Scaffolding Helper** to assist scaffold builders with the safe assembly and dismantling of scaffolding systems on construction sites. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn on the job

Responsibilities:
* Assist in setting up and dismantling scaffolding components.
* Carry and organize pipes, planks, and other materials.
* Load and unload scaffolding equipment from trucks.
* Hand tools and materials to scaffold builders as needed.
* Clean and maintain scaffolding tools and work areas.
* Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
* Support the scaffold crew with basic tasks and instructions from supervisors.
* Help ensure the worksite is safe, clean, and organized.

Requirements:
* Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
* Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
* Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
* Frequent lifting, bending, and standing
* Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
* Ability to climb ladders and work on uneven surfaces
