Job Description

ERP SAVVY i s seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with a strong background in migrating from SAP CRM to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CRM functional areas, particularly in Business Partner Manager Account Management, Contract Management, Request Management, Case Management, Task Management, and Knowledge Management. This is a long-term contract position that requires a deep understanding of SAP CRM processes and the ability to lead and execute migration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of SAP CRM to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP CRM solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, with a focus on critical functional areas such as Business Partner Manager Account Management, Contract Management, Request Management, Case Management, Task Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct and support testing on the SAP platform, including functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM modules within SLA.
• Document functional and technical specifications, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• 7-10+ years of experience in SAP CRM, with a focus on migration projects.
• Strong experience in the following SAP CRM functional areas: Business Partner Manager Account Management, Contract Management, Request Management, Case Management, Task Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development principles and project tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with application delivery and use of test-driven, iterative, and Agile development principles.
• Proven ability to produce deliverables on time.
• Experience creating effective systems documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to go onsite as required.
• Travel may be required.
