Job Title: Salesforce Developer APEX & LWC

Location: 3 days at Palo Alto, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support and enhance our finance-related Salesforce applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SOX compliance, accounting processes, and data-driven development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using APEX , LWC , and Salesforce APIs
Build and maintain scalable and compliant applications that support financial processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-End Closures, Reporting)
Translate business requirements from Finance and Compliance teams into functional technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOX controls and auditability in Salesforce implementations
Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices
Contribute to automation of manual processes using Salesforce tools and integrations

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong command of APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working with or supporting finance/accounting teams or processes
Good understanding of SOX compliance and related internal controls in a technical context
Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets, especially for audit or reconciliation processes
Strong communication skills and experience working in large, matrixed organizations
Ability to lead initiatives, drive solutions independently, and deliver high-quality code under compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SOX audit readiness, control execution, and scoping
Exposure to automation technologies like RPA , bots , or process orchestration tools
Familiarity with finance operational controls and reporting workflows
