We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will ensure Salesforce effectively supports our business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams. Responsibilities: • System Administration: Manage and customize Salesforce, including user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, permissions, and security settings. • Customization: Configure and enhance the platform using tools like Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, and page layouts. • Data Management: Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, de-duplication, and importing/exporting data. • User Support & Training: Troubleshoot end-user issues, deliver training, and create user documentation. • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to meet business and stakeholder needs. • Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms. • System Upgrades: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, implement new features, and recommend platform enhancements. • Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and implement solutions within Salesforce. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and automation tools. • Proficient in data management tools. • Experience creating and managing reports and dashboards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exemplary time management abilities. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). Preferred Qualifications: • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
