Transform: Act as a strategic advisor to merchants, tailoring solutions that help them grow, adapt, and thrive in a competitive marketplace. + Elevate Excellence: Embody Fiserv's core values by fostering authentic connections and maintaining the highest ethical standards. **What you will need to have:** + High School Diploma/GED. + Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment. + Demonstrated success in cold-calling and generating your own leads. + Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. **What would be great to have:** + Bachelor's degree or military experience. + 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles. + Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
