Job Details

What You’ll Do

✔ Champion safety as a top priority, ensuring a culture where safety always comes first

✔ Implement and oversee project safety programs, developing policies and procedures to keep workers safe

✔ Lead training sessions and safety meetings, including new hire orientation

✔ Monitor heavy civil construction operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations

✔ Investigate incidents, assess risks, and implement proactive solutions

✔ Analyze safety data and project statistics to drive continuous improvement

✔ Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to uphold the highest safety standards

✔ Act as a key resource for regional safety teams, driving company-wide safety excellence

What You Bring to the Table

✅ 5+ years of experience in construction safety leadership and programs

✅ Deep knowledge of heavy civil construction and project safety management

✅ OSHA 500

✅ A degree in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred) or relevant certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
