Job Description

We're looking for an energetic person with great communication and customer service skills to be the next shift manager at our quick service restaurant. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which means you'll have to greet and serve customers, watch over the staff, and run the restaurant for that shift. As a shift manager, you'll be in charge of scheduling employees, giving them tasks, dealing with customer complaints, and making sure all food and drink safety rules are followed. You'll bring strong organizational skills, experience as a supervisor, and previous work in a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply right away! Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly to ensure fast and prompt service of food and beverages
• Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and compliance
• Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
• Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements
• Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner

• Ensure food quality and service standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience is required
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs in the restaurant with preference given to those with fast food or quick service experience
• Experience in the food service industry
• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
