This group will double in size in the next 2 - 3 years. $55k - $59k base salary + monthly health care stipend and 401K

Our client, a growing quick-service Wing restaurant franchise is currently seeking General Manager & Assistant Manager candidates for their Cleveland store, as well as Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Euclid locations. Top-performers have opportunity to grow to the District Manager level once the company opens more stores in the area. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities will include:

• Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
• Weekly inventory
• Interviewing/hiring, food orders
• Training, motivating, and working with crew members
• Displaying a “guest comes first” attitude by training and holding crew members
• Accountable for delivering legendary customer service

COMPENSATION

• $55,000-$59,000 base salary
• Realist bonus potential : $5k - $10k annually 
• Monthly Healthcare Stipend 
• 401K
