Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a front-line leader accountable for achieving high-quality clinical outcomes and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (2+ years preferred, particularly in emergency or trauma settings).
Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred. Associate degree RNs must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire.
Certifications: BLS certification required; specialty certification (as required by the unit) within 1 year of hire.
Licensure: Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Skills: Leadership, clinical decision-making, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

Schedule: 36 hours per week
Pay: $43.00 - $74.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and potential signing bonuses
Setting: Level I Trauma Center
