What You Will Do * Proactively gather extensive data and insights essential for conducting a comprehensive analysis. When needed, incorporate statistical sampling techniques to ensure a representative and statistically sound dataset.* Conduct various Root Cause Analysis and Improvement activities throughout the Cleveland operations. Dive deep into quality issues, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to uncover the underlying causes of defects.* Provide guidance and training to team members on effective root cause analysis techniques, statistical methodologies, and SPC, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.* Apply statistical tools and continuous improvement methodologies to elevate the precision and reliability of analysis, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.* Define, troubleshoot, and assist in the resolution of daily production quality problems.* Facilitate effective resolution of CAPAs. * Support the new product and process development and work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct studies to assess and improve process capabilities, create FMEAs, perform measurement system analyses to validate the accuracy and consistency of measurement tools.* Review and evaluate engineering product and process changes.* Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
