About the Role: The Entry Level Property Manager will assist in the oversight and management of properties under the direction of the Regional Director. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their careers in property management and are eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily property management activities including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and financial reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, resolving concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the implementation of property marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations, tenant interactions, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair requests.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Learn the regulatory requirements affecting property management including fair housing laws and building codes.
• Participate in the training and onboarding of new staff members, as directed.
• Attend meetings with supervisors to discuss property performance and potential improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• No prior property management experience required; relevant internships or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer service oriented with a desire to help others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
