Role Overview


Sodexo Energy & Resource has an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Manager (Project Controls Manager) for one of our global energy clients, for whom we provide construction management services at sites across North America ranging from corporate offices to refineries. What You'll Do


  • evaluate current business practices, processes, and operations to identify ways to improve productivity and service delivery, while leveraging company resources to reduce costs
  • create and conduct operations-related training
  • monitor project control system on projects
  • oversee project control team

What You Bring


  • 5 years Project Controls or Construction Management experience
  • project administration experience in the construction field
  • experience in project controls with a focus on cost planning, estimating, cost management, and scheduling
