We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Probate Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled paralegal to contribute to complex cases and advance their career.

What You'll Do:

Lead Case Management: Draft legal documents, manage court filings, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Client Interaction: Assist attorneys with client interactions, gather information, and provide updates on case progress.
Litigation Support: Prepare for trials by conducting legal research, organizing exhibits, and assisting with witness preparation.
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, answer phone calls, and maintain a well-organized case management system.
Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to ensure the efficient and successful resolution of cases.
What You'll Bring:

At least 5 years of experience as a Probate Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting.
Proven experience in drafting probate petitions, filing court documents, and managing all aspects of probate litigation cases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program (Associate's degree or proprietary school program) is preferred.
