At Experience Vacation Rentals, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Premier Guest & Client Experience Specialist to be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our guests and homeowners. As a Premier Guest & Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the main contact for guests and homeowners, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, and resolve issues professionally. Your role also includes upselling local experiences and offering personalized recommendations to enhance every stay. Compensation • Competitive Base Salary: $65,000- $75,000 per year • Performance-based bonuses can lead to up to $100,000 OTE  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays • Additional perks, including discounts on vacation stays • Opportunities for growth and development within the company • A dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on excellence Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist guests and homeowners over the phone with a warm and professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression. • Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and issues via phone and email, aiming to provide exceptional service. • Develop strong relationships with guests to create memorable experiences and generate repeat reservations by making outbound calls. • Proactively engage with potential guests during evenings and weekends to accommodate their preferred communication times. • Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with homeowners through regular phone and email interactions. • Prioritize client satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and delivering exceptional service. • Proactively identify and resolve any guest or homeowner concerns efficiently and professionally. • Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve guest issues, ensuring their satisfaction. • Handle challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on finding solutions. • Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using vacation rental management systems. • Monitor and fulfill guest preferences and special requests to uphold high-quality standards. • Work closely with the team to ensure the property is guest-ready, conducting inspections when needed. • Maintain good communication with the virtual assistant team, providing quick and accurate responses to queries. • Provide thoughtful recommendations for upgrades, packages, and local experiences to enhance guest stays. • Stay informed about local attractions, dining options, and activities to offer personalized suggestions to guests. • Gather guest feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest and homeowner experiences. Qualifications: • At least 1-2 years of experience in guest service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting, is required. • Must have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. • Possession of a Real Estate License is desirable; if not already licensed, willingness to obtain one with expenses covered. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in property management systems, booking software, and basic office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM software is necessary. • Must exhibit a guest-centric attitude with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences. • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are crucial. • Professional appearance and demeanor are expected. • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the role. Hours per Week: • Approximately 45 Hours Per Week In Office. • Approximately 55 Hours Per Week Total. • In the office Monday through Friday from mid-October to mid-May. • In the office Tuesday through Saturday from mid-May to mid-October.
