Job Summary

Quickparts seeks a dynamic Plant Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will ensure seamless production processes, uphold safety and quality standards, and identify strategic opportunities for growth and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Supervise all facets of plant operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.

Team Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Mentor and develop a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with long-term corporate goals and uncover new opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth.

Financial and Innovation Management

• Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Drive innovative solutions to enhance production processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality, while initiating new projects for market expansion and product development.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to support and advance business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production or plant management in manufacturing. Experience in injection molding or CNC manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with a successful track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Demonstrated financial acumen through effective budget management and operational cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
