What You'll Do:
Develop and execute plans: Collaborate with regional leadership to create and implement territory-specific plans to increase new patient volume.
Target and prioritize: Utilize analytics tools (like Buxton) to identify and prioritize target markets and practices.
Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external providers through outreach, communication, and practice visits.
Market our services: Develop and implement strategies to market our clinical services and build referral relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
Represent us in the community: Attend local events, conferences, and health fairs to promote our services and expertise.
Create marketing materials: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop marketing materials and educational resources.
Track performance: Use platforms like ModMed to measure performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Act as a liaison: Facilitate communication and problem-solving between external physicians, clinicians, and internal teams.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, ideally in healthcare, as a physician liaison or in a similar capacity.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems like ModMed is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the assigned territory.
