What We’re Looking For We’re hiring reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals who: * Show up on time and take pride in their work * Enjoy being active and working outdoors * Communicate clearly with customers and teammates * Thrive in independent roles but value being part of a strong team What we offer * $24-$25/hour + up to $50/week performance pay * Up to $1,500 in bonuses for certified pesticide applicators * (5.0 Aquatics & Mosquito, 3.0 Turf & Landscape & 7.1 Structural) * $25 for each positive review * $50 for every new season-long customer you sign up * $250/month health benefit stipend * Mon-Fri schedule (occasional Saturdays), Weekly pay, paid holidays * Career growth with paid training and certification support * Long-term opportunity: We reward team members who grow with us. * Fully equipped van, phone and uniform provided * Supportive team culture with clear expectations and meaningful recognition Responsibilities * Perform outdoor mosquito and pest control treatments through mid-October * Deliver consistent, high-quality service on your assigned route * Build positive customer relationships * Maintain clean equipment and vehicle * Prioritize safety and follow all application guidelines * Record service data accurately and report feedback Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Driver’s License: With a clean driving record. * Physical Ability: wear and operate a 65-lb backpack blower up to 25 times a day. * Willingness to earn certifications for State Certified Pesticide Applicator * Paid training provided for 5.0 Mosquito & Aquatics, 3.0 Turf & Landscape & 7.1 Structural Ready to get started?
