Job Description

Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly
• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
• Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
• Ability to build and maintain a robust client base

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
