The role

Join our dynamic team as a Performance Content Creator , where you'll create captivating video content that resonates on social media and drives impactful ad performance. You'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce visually stunning video ads tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 

Bring your innovative ideas to life from concept to final edit while ensuring brand consistency across all assets. Utilizing analytics to optimize your work, and enhance storytelling with engaging animations and motion graphics. If you're ready to flex your creative skills and occasionally lend a hand with design tasks, we’d love to see your passion in action!

What we're looking for in you

We’re looking for new Hueligans who thrive in a high-performance environment and are driven by an unwavering pursuit of excellence. • This role will best suit someone with 3+ years experience and with expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro , along with solid proficiency in Photoshop. 
• You should have a strong portfolio that highlights your video editing expertise, particularly for social media and paid performance ads. Your ability to capture and edit video across various formats and platforms is essential, as is your understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem and effective video ad strategies for different social channels. 
• We value strong conceptual thinkers who can work independently and collaboratively, possess excellent communication skills, and effectively manage multiple projects at once.

A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience

Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
