Job Profile Title Parking Attendant
Job Description Summary The Penn Parking Attendant's primary role is to provide excellent customer service while helping commuters who work at the University and visitors coming to this attractive urban campus find a range of parking lots and garages conveniently located near their destination.
Job Description Job Duties: Process parking payments using multi-point of sale equipment such as fee computers, standalone credit card terminals, and payment kiosks.
Reconcile transactions.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain control of parking facility to which assigned.
Communicate with supervisors and other Penn Parking staff.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required along with 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Cash handling experience and ability to operate computerized cash revenue system are required.
Experience in retail sales processing customer payments and providing exceptional customer service.
Must be available to work variable shift assignments Monday to Sunday (including evenings & weekends) as assigned.
Valid driver's license required.
