Job Description
We are currently seeking paralegals who are interested in working with our clients in-house on a remote basis.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with team members, including attorneys and support staff, to ensure effective matter management
- Assist attorneys with the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research using various resources to support case strategies and arguments
- Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with document management, utilizing relevant legal technology tools
Minimum Qualifications - 8+ years of paralegal experience gained in roles in F500 in-house environments, especially around general corporate, litigation, data privacy, IP, and marketing support
- Proficient in legal research, general legal team management, and electronic filing systems
- Comfortable using legal software and related technology
- Available for remote work during standard business hours
