Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in getting our products to customers by accurately picking and packing orders. We provide all necessary on-the-job training; the most important qualifications for this role are a strong commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for every last detail. This role supports the logistics and production departments by performing a variety of duties related to the preparation, creation, and shipment of all company products.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items for retail and wholesale order fulfillment.
  

• Prepare, package, and label materials securely and accurately for shipment.
  

• Assist with daily operational tasks, including stocking shelves, cleaning work areas, and organizing supplies.
  

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with all safety and sanitation standards.
  

• Perform accurate counting and recording of inventory as required.
  

• Communicate operational issues, observations, and suggestions effectively to the supervisory team.
  

• Handle sensitive company information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  

• Attend and participate in required team meetings and training sessions.
  

• Provide support to other farm departments as needed, including but not limited to: screen printing, production, warehousing, gardening, maintenance, and receiving.

• Ability to go up/down stairs, ramps, and ladders.
  

• Ability to operate computer and printing equipment.
  

• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to various food allergens (e.g., dairy, tree nuts), temperature changes, moderate noise, and sharp or heated equipment.
  

• Occasional use of warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack.
