Job Title: Oracle OLFM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OLFM (Oracle Lease and Financial Management) Consultant to join our team in Lisle, IL . The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and expertise in OLFM, AR, AP, GL, and FA modules within Oracle R12 . The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting OLFM solutions while ensuring compliance with lease accounting standards and US GAAP .
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle OLFM module.
Configure and support OLFM, AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), GL (General Ledger), and FA (Fixed Assets) modules.
Work on Lease Contract Authoring, Booking, Lease Funding, and Renewals .
Handle Lease Contracts Buyout, Termination Quotes, Rebook, Transfer, and Assumption processes .
Provide expertise in US GAAP Accounting treatment for leases .
Conduct business impact analysis, requirements gathering, high-level design, and detailed design .
Perform customization design, integration testing, system testing, and post-implementation support .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of OLFM solutions.
Act as an Oracle R12 Functional Finance subject matter expert , ensuring best practices and compliance with business needs.
8+ years of experience in Oracle Lease and Financial Management (OLFM) .
8+ years of experience in Oracle AR, AP, GL, FA modules.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 OLFM implementations .
Strong knowledge of Lease Life Cycle processes and Lease Accounting concepts .
Expertise in Lease Buyout, Termination Quotes, and Renewals .
Experience in requirements gathering, problem analysis, and solution design .
Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting and financial reporting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field .
Experience in customizations, extensions, and integrations within OLFM.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
Prior experience working in leasing, finance, or banking domains .
